The FK Assessment
Six stages. Four scores. No hiding places.
We test what you can actually do — before we ever look at your certificates. Every stage is judged on its own, so a strong average can never conceal a serious gap, and a thin CV can never hide real capability.

The six stages
Each stage is judged separately and must stand on its own. Entry-level candidates complete Stages 1, 2 and documentation review; specialist and senior placements continue through Stages 3–6.
Assessment is completely independent of training — you may prepare through experience, self-study, or the free knowledge base. Reading it is never a condition of being assessed.
Stage 1 — General Aptitude
A timed, camera-on online test of reading, reasoning and numeracy. Scored automatically. Falling below the minimum here ends the assessment — no other stage can compensate.
Timed · auto-markedStage 2 — General Management Knowledge
Real management scenarios you have not seen before. You explain your decisions and trade-offs in writing — this is judgement, not recall.
Scenario essays · examiner-reviewedStage 3 — Domain-Specific Management
A written assessment in your chosen management domain: applied cases, data interpretation and technical and commercial judgement — marked by a trained assessor.
Practical caseworkStage 4 — Documentation & Evidence Review
Only after your capability is tested do we verify what you claim: identity, qualifications, past roles, work samples and references — including how you have conducted yourself.
Verification teamStage 5 — Virtual Expert Interview
A domain expert probes your knowledge, experience and judgement — and asks you to defend the evidence you submitted at Stage 4.
Recorded · peer-reviewedStage 6 — Pre-Onboarding Session
Held only when a specific employer is in view: mandate, culture, location and expectations — a final quality check before you are presented.
In person · per placementFour separate scores — never one averaged mark
You leave with independent ratings for foundational aptitude, general management, specialist capability, and industry application. Employers see all four — and any critical weakness is printed on your profile, not blended away.
That cuts both ways: one disqualifying result blocks a Deployment-Ready verdict, and one weak credential never cancels demonstrated capability.

What comes out at the end
A readiness verdict — not a certificate. Character can override scores at any point: a concern raised in verification freezes your status until it is resolved.
Met or exceeded the standard across all areas, documents verified, no outstanding concerns. Visible to employers and ready to be placed.
Sound fundamentals with a specific, closable gap. You receive a development plan and can be reassessed.
Genuine potential, not yet at the required standard. Not visible to employers while you build.
Below the aptitude minimum, rejected documents, or an unresolved character concern. The door stays open to try again.
Built to be trusted
Proctored, seriously
Camera on, full screen, timed — with every session event recorded. The result has to mean something.
Capability before credentials
Documents are checked at Stage 4, after you've been tested on what you can actually do.
Anonymous until you agree
Employers see your scores, never your name — until you both confirm the match.
The knowledge stays free
Every core management topic is published free, permanently. Preparation is never paywalled.
